Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You’ll be tasked with setting up disaster recovery systems, monitoring IT infrastructure, and liaising with external suppliers on hardware, software, and services procurement.
Maintaining security, reliability, and performance of IT systems is part of your core duties. Additionally, you will regularly review processes and documentation.
There’s a strong expectation to resolve and escalate support tickets on time while keeping accurate records and conducting IT expense reconciliations.
IT training for new staff members will also fall within your scope, ensuring every new user is properly onboarded.
