Partnership Consultant

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Partnership Consultant, you will focus on actively acquiring new clients through calls, LinkedIn and networking, ensuring business development goals are met consistently every month.
Your role is heavily sales-driven, including virtual discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored staffing solutions, always aiming to close deals efficiently.
You’ll need to keep accurate sales records within the company’s CRM and manage your full sales pipeline by tracking leads, deals and proposals weekly.
Collaboration is essential: expect to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exchange clear expectations at handover points.
Staying updated on offshore staffing and BPO trends will position you as a valuable resource, offering informed advice to improve client solutions and spot new opportunities.
