Unitrans is searching for a motivated Administration Clerk to take on a rewarding role in their busy admin and finance department. The position is ideal for someone with good MS Office skills and relevant administrative experience. Previous exposure to workshop operations or parts admin is a definite plus. Applicants should have at least a Grade 12 certificate, and a post-matric qualification in finance or logistics will give you an edge.
Daily Job Responsibilities
The core of this job is accurate data capturing, document scanning, and maintaining digital records. You’ll help generate revenue schedules and support the finance team by preparing and verifying invoices. Unitrans values employees who can keep accurate records and communicate well. The job also includes updating important master data, filing, archiving, and supporting other administrative team members. There is regular interaction with the contract management team and support for customer invoicing processes.
